Where a Risk assessment of First Aid needs identifies that there is a requirement for Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) practitioners, then this Ofqual National Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) satisfies the requirements of the regulatory body for First Aid and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). All learners will have the skills and knowledge to provide the organisation with Emergency First Aider’s that can provide treatment to their casualties in a prompt, safe and effective manner.

The Emergency First Aid at Work course is ideally suited for anyone working in a low-risk environment or smaller workplace but, is also suited as a basic introduction to First Aid for any member of the public who wishes to attend. Private individuals commonly book on to the Emergency First Aid course as it is the Perfect introduction to First aid for the public.
